Selling a house in a TRUST in So CA from No CA was not an easy task. Adria took over in my stead and thanked me for trusting her. Adria located numerous professionals to prepare the house to sale: a new septic tank was installed, the fence needed repair and the pool had to be emptied, scrubbed and refilled. Adria worked so hard to be the perfect Realtor. Now and then throughout the long process Adria would thank me for trusting her. It was such a relief to me that she was in charge. She listed our home and we were in escrow with the buyer in a week. Adria also helped us find our dream home, a home which we didnt think was possible at first, she was able to make it a reality for us. Adrian jumped into a hornet's nest when my daughter recommended her to me. I had a loan officer that went off the deep end and another realtor who just couldn't come up with what I had in mind. He did try really hard. Adrian came in and listened to what I wanted, did her homework. She showed me several houses in one day and in those houses I found the perfect one. She went to battle for it and barely bothered me with any details. Today I really can't believe I live in this beautiful home. I would recommend Adria to everyone.
