Highly not recommended. He turned his back on us after we signed the lease. The landlord lost the cashier check. He called us and informed us we called him back to give him and update he was extremely rude and started screaming and hang upOn us. His excuse that he was with the kids and had a bad day. Well thats not professional.

We had an amazing experience with Albert! We had tried to sell her condo two ther times with different agents and were unable to. Albert was able to sell our house in the first seven days $40,000 over asking price! It was a smooth process, he answered all our questions, and he was always a pleasure to work with. My wife and I found Erik through his email newsletter and reached out to him to discuss available options with our condo. After few discussions and going back and forth, we finally decided to list the property to sell. Erik has been excellent in all facets of real estate transaction from staging, making sure property is in top shape, showing/promoting, working with seller/agents to closing. We have already moved out of the place and out of state at the time but he was willing to work with us in taking care of the property which made it really easy for us to deal with. He also reports to Albert who is another excellent resource and agent/broker. Both of them have been very candid and up-front about everything involved in the process so I would definitely recommend their services if you are looking for an agent/broker for your real estate transaction(s).

Albert also did a great job in working with the developer and the escrow during the funding stage when the bank delay my wire.Lastly, I was really impressed and happy and couldn't have done it without their help and I was really blessed.If you ever need to buy a house or sell a house please contact these 2 people they will help you and make your life a lot easier and you will be very happy at the end just a like the fairy tales.

I engaged Albert to sell my townhome in North Hollywood in June 2015 because of his reputation in the area. He was at all times extremely attentive and considerate of me and of my family. He worked very hard to meet my desire for a sale and move out in late October, holding many open houses and showings, which Roubina assisted with on occasion.
