His honesty and integrity were displayed when situations occurred that required these qualities. I respect and trust this man completely. His innate ability to "read" people was evidenced often allowing me great comfort. He also was very thorough in explaining the complicated process of selling or buying a house. Other agents seemed to appreciate working with him too. He went to great lengths to ensure that I could still live my life (keeping appointments, etc.), even if that meant he had to take his time to come over and let an inspector in or show the house. If I had to describe the home buying process with Alex in one word it would be trust. This was the most important quality I was looking for in an agent since this was my first home, and was using a VA loan which has its own set of rules. He was very knowledgeable with VA loans and made me feel at ease as a first time home buyer. Alex is amazing! To start with, he took my call late at night on a weekend and actually took the time to find out what I needed, we agreed on arrangements, and he followed through right away as promised! Pictures were taken on photographers first available date, listed as soon as pictures were ready and I believe we had offers on 1st or 2nd day after listing! Another Realtor I had been considering had said it would be two weeks before listing could be up and wanted me to list my place at a much lower amount. Alex listed my place for what I wanted. Every step of the way his persistence paid off. He is a great communicator, negotiator, very strategic, understanding and so kind. He definitely went out of his way in a number of ways to ensure we would close in time. When we hit a few hiccups outside of our control, he didn't let it get in the way and stayed focused on our goal.
