Allison did several things exceptionally well when selling our home: the staging was beautiful, the house was marketed effectively, and it sold very quickly for over asking. For that, we are grateful. However, we did experience challenges during the transaction. Communication at times felt brief or unclear, and there were delays in receiving key updates. We also noticed several oversights when the home was accessed by colleagues or vendors. We had wifi cameras which were invaluable in monitoring our home during the selling process especially when we were no longer living in the house. What was most difficult for us was the lack of guidance and advocacy during the inspection and repair-request phase. The buyers request included open-ended items that carried significant risk/challenges for us as out-of-state sellers, and we did not feel supported in navigating those issues. We ultimately had to research our own options for how to respond and structure the negotiation. The level of reassurance provided before listing didnt match the level of support we experienced once the offer came in. The sale was successful, but we believe there are important areas where communication, attention to detail, and representation could be strengthened.

I had a very disappointing experience with this realtor. They were unresponsive, often taking days to return calls or emails. Their knowledge of the local market seemed lacking, and they provided incorrect information on several occasions. Additionally, they seemed more interested in closing a deal quickly rather than finding the right property for me. Overall, I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor.

All during the sales and escrow period, Allison and her partner, Cindy Hinderberger worked tirelessly to ensure that we had the best possible customer experience. The house was sold in a week, at a price higher than others in our area. Because CA was starting to implement the Coronavirus lock-down, at the same time that our house sold, she protected us by adding extra move-out days to our escrow closing period, anticipating that there could be delays. As the lock-down progressed and became more severe, we decided to move-out earlier, and Allison and her team worked with escrow and the buyers agents to successfully accelerate the close by one week, thereby avoiding delays that were surfacing in the LA County recorders office. We were very fortunate we had Team Allison & Cindy on our side, to sell our house just-in-time, before the COVID lockdown and economic down-turn. Allison saved us from a difficult situation after our buyer backed out on the last day of escrow because of the repercussions of the coronavirus. She said she could get our house sold quickly and for more than we were originally supposed to receive from the first sale. We were hesitant at first but she was so self assured that we decided to let her try. Within 10 days she had four solid offers all for more than our asking price, two were cash offers! Two weeks after we accepted one of the offers, Escrow closed and the proceeds from the sale were in our bank account. Allison was tenacious, diligent and got us a great deal with a short escrow and all in the middle of a pandemic!! I really cant speak highly enough of Allison! When the day came to sell our home I knew that Allison would be the first I would reach out to after seeing her name quite a bit in our community. I figured we would probably meet with several realtors but after our initial meeting we felt no need to look further. She made what can be a stressful process seem such a breeze. The stagers, window cleaners and professional photos she provides really helps sell your home even quicker.She made a difficult sale go smoothly. It was a real challenge to keep on time towards the end. The buyer proved difficult and the contract had to be written over 4 times and needing an interpreter for everything as well. In the end she scrambled and made sure this went through on time as we moving out of state and were on a critical timeline. A++++++++++++++++++
