I applied for one of Alyssa's rental properties- her communication was poor and inconsistent between my partner and I. We spoke about lease terms at the showing, then after our applications were submitted completely changed what her clients lease terms were. Contacted references after we told her to take out our applications. Notified my landlord I was moving out. It was an awful experience!
