We just closed on a lovely home in Oceanside, CA with Amy Green and her exceptional team. This is the third transaction we have done with Amy. She helped us buy our first home in Mission Hills, then sell it when we had to unexpectedly move to Texas. When we decided to relocate back to the San Diego area, one of the toughest markets in the country to buy in, she made it happen for us and the transaction could not have been smoother! Originally, I only wanted to speak to the listing agent, but we spoke further and I realized how knowledgeable she was so I decided to call her back and ask for her help. It was one of the best decisions I made.
