Well, I will honestly try to make this review a short and sweet one. I have been flipping houses for 15 years total, but only about seven years for myself, by myself. I have seen a lot of real estate market scenarios with both buying and selling in that time. Each one has been unique, and never an easy task. Luckily, I have had Amy on my team, representing me on both ends of the deals; buying and selling. Some markets were easier than others to get the job done. However, as a lot of you now know, the current market (summer 2019) is crazy. Amy sold my most recent flip property, with an accepted full-list price offer, 10k more than I thought it would list for, in THREE HOURS. Done. No problems there. Now, obviously it's a raging seller's market right now, so big whoop, right? Well here's where Amy really impressed me... After getting outbid on six properties in a matter of a couple weeks, I began to get desperate. I have a wife and kids and was about to be out of a home. I started telling Amy "just to get me four walls and a roof". She was adamant about finding us a house we loved. Long story short, we stumbled across a house that had literally everything on our wish list, but was at the absolute max price that our budget would allow. The house instantly got into a bidding war. Some offers were stronger than ours. I then checked out emotionally, thinking I had lost another home that I (and my family) loved. I told Amy that I didn't care what had to be done, just to get me that damned house. She said she had a few ideas that were very out of the box. She called me a few hours later, and said, "congrats, they accepted your offer!" My wife and I went through the roof! We move in to our dream home in eight days! This isn't the first time Amy has done right by me and my family. She has handled handfuls of deals for us. Amy is AH-MAZE-ING!!!! First of all, moving from out of state, Amy orchestrated a marathon, visiting fifteen homes in one day! Second, we find our dream house that day. Amy truly is the "Rock Star" of real estate and is a credit to her profession! We recently purchased a home through her and found her to be the MOST honest, knowledgable and professional real estate agent/broker we have ever encountered (which unfortunately is not easy to find in the world of real estate). Not only did she commit herself to our home purchase as if we were her only clients from day one, she offered her process guidance and expertisee every step of the way which was always right on target!!! We also found her to be a "mighty" negotiator when our property appraised for $5000 less than our offering price. She amazingly re-negotiated our offer without adding any additional stress or worry to our plates. Needles to say, we got our home for $5000 less than expected.
