Matt is the ideal agent. He will not pressure you into a purchase. Instead, Matt will listen to your needs, and deliver a house that satisfies most, if not, all of them. I started my search online for a single-family home in the hustle and bustle of the city. Shortly after my search began, my friend referred me to Matt. Matt had expertise in the geographic area I was interested in purchasing. Matt promptly responded to my communications whether early morning, late night, or on weekends, and did so with a great attitude. When showing houses, Matt opined on the Pros and the Cons of each house, allowing me to make a fully informed decision. He provided critical input to my purchase.
