As a solo first time home buyer I was feeling out of my depth at the beginning of my search, but Andrew very quickly put me at ease and guided me through the whole process of finding a home that suited my specifications and closing the transaction. We found Andrew through a referral from a friend when we were looking for a condo. We could not be happier with our decision! It was a difficult market to navigate due to high interest rates and low inventory in the parts of Southern California that interested us, but Andrew spent many hours filtering out listings that met our requirements and saved us a great deal of time and peace of mind. We were not too familiar with all of the Southern California market but we could tell Andrew - a born-and-raised Angeleno - was an expert, as he walked us through different neighborhoods and how to spot a good deal for each area. He personally escorted us through our viewings and caught small details that we didn’t notice to help us weigh our options from the perspective of a homebuyer in our specific situation.
