Andrew is not only an amazing realtor but an amazing person as well. We went through many trials and tribulations to get into our home but Andrews dedication to help us make our dream come true never wavered, it only got stronger throughout the process. Its been six months since we started working with Andrew and we are finally closing. The first home that we attempted to buy ended up not working out because the buyer backed out during escrow to replace us with a cash buyer. Andrew fought so hard to save the home for us, and in the end we know that he was as heartbroken as we were. He felt so bad that we had spent our money on inspections for nothing that he even offered to pay for the inspections in the following home. We saw many other homes, and then finally found one that we loved. Surprisingly once again, this one fell through, but this time due to the bank not wanting to open a mortgage with a pending lawsuit against the HOA. We were back at Square one once again and Andrew fought so hard to find a new option for us. We finally found a beautiful home and we are so excited to realize our dreams of becoming homeowners. We would have not been able to do this without Andrew, his dedication to getting us into a home despite all of the crazy issues we met was so amazing!
