I cant say enough good things about Andy Dane Carter. I had previously listed my home in Park Estates, Long Beach with another realtor and had a really disappointing experience. I was frustrated, unhappy, and honestly unsure how things would turn out. Andy came in and completely turned everything around. He helped me identify and prioritize a few key fixes, offered smart and practical ideas to elevate the home, and then rolled out an incredible marketing campaign. The difference was night and day. Within just a few weeks, the house was sold with an all-cash offer above asking. My wife and I met Andy at the open house of one of his listings in Long Beach. Andy knows people are selling and buying not just a property, but a place where they call home aEUR" there are many things to consider besides the price. Andy took time to understand what we were looking for, was direct yet very professional in explaining what the seller would or would not accept, and worked hard to find a solution that was fair to everybody. Being a buyer in todays market can be scary. Andy is friendly, positive, energetic, efficient, and truly focused on helping people. When we first researched selling our property in Belmont Shore we spoke to a lot of people. No one seemed that interested, perhaps because it wasn't a big place, who knows. When we reached out to Andy his enthusiasm blew us away. He told us 'I am here to help your family' which we thought was a nice pleasantry. Andy is a million dollar realtor, he sells mansions and super expensive properties, but he made us FEEL like million dollar clients. I contacted Andy based off a personal referral from someone I knew from where I grew up. Three weeks later, I was in escrow. Not only is Andy fast but he does things right. In a market where people are paying $50,000, $100,000 or even $200,000 over list price, Andy got me $75,000 OFF the list price. In a market where people are eliminating contingencies altogether, Andy got me a 12 day contingency. In a market where people want 10 days escrows, Andy got me a FORTY FIVE (45) day escrow. He's done everything right and when I started my renovations on the house, he stayed right there with me. He even hooked me up with a property manager to rent out my old home. The vast majority of listing agents arent worth half of what they cost, but Andy is the exception. Andy and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. Always prompt, professional, and conscientious I rarely encounter the level of service that Andy provides. My experience with Andy of selling my inherited duplex was top notch, all the way. Andy handled every aspect of the situation with grace and finesse, always understanding my position as a sudden widow making sure to do the right thing by my late husband's wishes while starting a new life of my own and mourning its greatest loss.
