Andy and his team did a fantastic job of selling my house. It was quick and the process was so smooth. It was a perfect process, that is, not a single stressful event or incident happened. I am a licensed realtor and with my limited experience, I went with Andy instead of using the broker and co workers I met when I tried to be a realtor for a month during the pandemic. The market is pretty crazy right now if you are a buyer. If you want someone to tell you what you actually need to do to win a bid I recommend using Andy. I would like to thank Andy and Julia from Landmark in our recent transaction. When we met Andy, he was very professional and presented us with a professional portfolio. Andy also took the time to explain his services, showed us examples of his previous and current listings, demonstrated the good and bad of what makes a good listing, and provided marketing information. After we met with him, I felt we have a firm understanding on the market, value of our home, services offered, etc. I knew we found the Realtor we wanted to use. It was to our pleasant surprise to have the addition of Julia, who personally took on the sale of our condo. She was very pleasant to work with and helped us every step of the way. We had one issue pop up, that we need some help with. We had to replace the carpet and the first installer did not do a great job, so we had to have the new carpet replaced. This took us off the market for about 3 weeks. Due to us moving and living out of state, Julia was our eyes and ears. She kept us up to date and once the carpet was replaced, the Condo was back on the marketaEUR|we had an offer within hours!!
