We have purchased and sold a number of single-family homes in the South Bay over the past 35 years. Most recently, we sold a 4-bedroom home in Los Gatos with Yuriko and Andy and they were, by far, the most effective real estate team I have ever worked with. Their value-added contributions were nothing short of remarkable. Based on a local market analysis and home inspection, they proposed a comprehensive prep and remodel strategy. This included a detailed item-by-item scope of work, ROI assessments, and very specific design recommendations. We chose to trust their judgment completely. Yuriko then offered to identify, hire, and manage all the contractors for a $225K full remodel. Honestly, I was skeptical. How well could a realtor manage a renovation of that scale? But we gave Yuriko carte blanche to handle everythingaEUR"design decisions, contractor selection, and project management. And she nailed it, 100%. The remodel was completed on time, within the original fixed-price quote, with no surprisesaEUR"and the final result far exceeded our expectations. The Intero realtor team (Tse Group) of Andy Tse and Olesia Woodward gave us an exceptional home selling experience. We researched about a dozen different realty firms, picked our top 3 firms and interviewed them. We are definitely very pleased that we chose the right listing agent. Andy is the "big picture" agent who set the overall selling strategy. He has his finger on the pulse of the market and handles all the important price negotiations. Olesia is the "detailed" agent who executed the strategy and was our daily contact for overseeing all elements of listing our home. They guided us from our initial phone call with them to in-person visits and made suggestions for home improvements. They have a cadre of reliable contractors to do the work, and then managed the entire process - this was a huge plus for us. This included renovations, painting, fences, inspections, deep cleaning, furniture staging, etc. The Tse Group provided very professional marketing brochures as well as a fantastic video of our home. Olesia handled the open house, and Andy led the contract negotiations. It's worth mentioning that their service included the cost of furniture staging (not all realtors include this), and we even had some of the home improvement costs covered by promissory note which was deducted at the home closing. It's a pleasure to write this review. I have interviewed many Real estate agents. Agents come to your house with a fixed mindset, as they already have a computerized history of recent sales in your area. Some would pretend to look around your home, and others won't waste their time roaming around, but they all will talk about minor fixation and then immediately focus on what they could offer, like less commission, complimentary staging for many days, and other free stuff to lure you to take them. Andy came to my place, saw the place, and started talking about how to sell this place for top dollar. He suggested significant improvements and told me, "It's foolish not to make those improvements." then he talked about target customers and how and when to list my property. Andy was focused on getting the maximum selling price and had brilliant ideas. Andy has built a team of experts. We worked with Lexie Smith, who ensured the entire selling process was smooth. Lexie Smith was very sweet, knowledgeable, and knew how to deal with vendors (cleaning, home improvements, various inspections, etc). My situation is that I was responsible for a property in Campbell, however, I live in Castro Valley and have no knowledge about the real estate market in the Campbell area.
