Andy and his team did an amazing job working with my mom (and myself) on the purchase of her first condo in LA. She hadn't moved in many years and was coming from another state. He helped us explore the various neighborhoods and find something in an area that would make for an easy transition. He and his outstanding team answered all of our many questions and helped us navigate a few small surprises along the way to close on time and get her in her beach condo!

Andy did a great job in helping us find our home and negotiate the price / various credits. Andy was responsive and answered all of our MANY questions and was very patient as this was our first buying experiences. At times I felt like there could have been a bit more attention to detail or firmer negotiation, but overall Andy did a fantastic job and we were very happy with our result. We got the house on the first offer, and the search process was relatively short (~1 month) so can't advise much beyond that.

With his knowledge of the Real Estate market in my area, combined with his Attorney expertise, he was able to make it happen. He jumped through many loops.
