My wife and I recently decided to sell our townhome in Hollywood, where we lived before moving out to burbs. We spoke with multiple realtors, and nearly all of them gave us the same spiel- aEURoeits a great time to sell, and I'm the best realtor on the planetaEUR?. Angela was different. From the outset, she was very frank about the challenges we would face selling this type of home, and she was content to let her track record speak for itself. We could see that she had successfully sold similar homes, including two in the same development. We decided list with Angela, and were very glad that we did! When Angela found out she got the listing she wasted no time. Within a few days she had her painter, handyman and stager all through the property. She had a clear image of how the place should look and what her marketing strategy would be. Angela really proved herself once the listing was live. Her initial comments about the challenges we would face were spot-on, and she worked extremely hard to get a deal done. She was always a consummate professional, and never complained despite several setbacks. She would never hesitate to go to the property for any reason, whether it was for a showing or simply to re-arrange some of the staging furniture. She was also extremely communicative, which we really appreciated. We got regular updates on what was going on, even if there was not much news to report. Angela just helped us buy our first home and I cannot speak any higher of her character and expertise. She is attentive, kind, and hard working. I am convinced we were able to close on the cusp of a pandemic because of her guidance and swift work. We met Angela at an open house she was hosting and she offered to have us come by her office and walk us through the process of home buying (we were completely clueless). We had an excellent experience working with Angela on the purchase of our first SoCal home. We had previously owned a home in the Midwest, but the real estate market is pretty different out here, which initially made me a little apprehensive about the process.I had no reason to be worried! Angela had every detail ironed out to a T, from the first time we met with her when she had already gleaned key details about newly sold homes I had been interested in. All the way through the home-buying journey, Angela was available via text, email, or simply a phone call to explain important steps and offer her opinion on how we should manage various negotiations.Beyond simply making an offer, a big part of the value she provides is guiding you through the important inspections process. All the contractors she suggested were professional and helpful. Her network and insight about the complex world of LA real estate is extremely beneficial if you're unfamiliar to it.Angela was referred to us by a friend. We feel that we really lucked out with that referral! By way of contrast, I talked to another agent early in our home search, who possessed nowhere near the enthusiastic approach, positive attitude, and can-do spirit that Angela provided. It's clear if you talk to other agents in this area that Angela is a cut above them.

Can't recommend Angela enough. We had heard about her through a friend who worked with her on multiple properties and spoke very highly. When we reached out to her we already had a house in mind and an offer needed to be made quickly. She was able to set us up with a great lender and make an offer happen in less than a week, which was no small feat! She shared a lot of great insight on making the right counteroffer and how to negotiate wisely. Through the entire process she was communicative, thorough, and totally on top of things, even going as far as to fix oversights made by the seller's agent. Oh and she did all this while ~7 months pregnant!! We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Angela. Now we have our dream house to show for it!

Angela is amazing. A friend of mine referred me to her to help with finding a new place to lease on the westside, and she has been nothing but diligent, kind, and responsive as we've house-hunted. We had some pretty particular criteria but she was able to set up searches and help us comb through the inventory. We met Angela randomly at an open house that she was presenting. We have met many other agents this way, but she was the only one we've met in L.A. that highly impressed us from just this meeting. We told her initially that we weren't quite ready to get into the buying market yet, and we were just putting feelers out. We asked what seemed to be a couple inconsequential questions regarding the property she was showing. Within a couple hours she had remembered, called us back and provided the answers. I guarantee that 95% of other realtors out there wouldn't have even bothered calling back to answer these minor questions to a couple who were on the fence as to whether or not they'd be buying in the near future. When we did finally decide to move ahead with a home purchase and home sale a month later, we contacted Angela to interview her. She came to our house very prepared with comps and a strategy to sell our current home. We were impressed with her attention to detail and her knowledge of multiple areas of the city. Based on the interview, we selected Angela to help us buy our new home and sell our existing home.During the process, her responsiveness and attention to detail continued to impress us. We were never left waiting long for answers to our multiple questions during the process. She attended every inspection for both the home purchase and home sale without hesitation. During the sale of our existing home, she was always available personally for showings and open houses.There are many other realtors out there, but, Angela stands out as someone who is genuinely happy to be working hard to get you into a new home or sell your current home. She was supportive and patient throughout every offer negotiation (we made offers on several houses), and we always felt like we were given professional advice without any pushiness. Once we went into escrow on a house, she clearly outlined every step and got our paperwork organized, lined up the vendors we needed, and even helped to mediate problems that were outside of her responsibility, like with our mortgage lender and some post-closing repairs.
