Angelique is amazing! We LOVED working with her. She has a wealth of experience and it was clear from day one that she knows absolutely everything about buying and selling houses of all kinds. She was always very energetic, positive, and extremely responsive when I had questions, no matter how small. It was our first time selling a house, so we met with several agents. Angelique was the most informative, patient, and encouraging by far and spent as much time with us as we needed. She could see all of the little features of our house that made it unique and desirable. She highlighted these features and we ended up selling the house for about 10% more than other agents said we could get! Angelique really went the extra mile in guiding us to the right cabin in Lake Arrowhead are. I am so thankful I called Angelique in the beginning of 2021! From the moment we met in person I knew she was a perfect fit for us finding our dream cabin in Lake Arrowhead. We found and put in an offer on our first cabin and it was accepted within 2 days, which in this market is nearly impossible but she made it happen. What I love is that everyone knows her in the area, agents love to work with her and she has a great reputation for being very quick, professional and ethical. She provides years of real estate knowledge and gives very honest feedback. She is the person you want representing you. Since we bought this house as an investment home and still lived in Los Angeles, I had no contacts for updating the new cabin we had just bought. Angelique has a complete list of people who she has experience working with, making it very easy to completely redo this house without knowing anyone local. She helped me find people to work on the house and fix it up to the way we wanted it. Once we were finished with redoing it, we decided to put it on the market with her and upgrade to one closer to the water with a lake view. Sure enough, we had amazing pictures done (she knows exactly who to use) and listed within 3 days. We had multiple offers the first day it was listed and it sold over asking within a few days. Never did I think we could make this much on buying, redoing and selling in less than 7 months. She guided us through the whole process. Needless to say that closed on a Friday and we opened escrow on another house by Monday. MY DREAM lodge style home - close to the village and with lake views and a dock! Again, the broker for the new house knew her and I personally believe I would not be in my new house without her representing us. The market is too competitive to not have someone like her representing you. I am very grateful for all that she has done for us in the last 10 months. If I would had known buying a house from 2 hours away would be this easy I would have done it years ago. It was very daunting but she made it easy for us. Angelique is always available by phone /text and her answer to me is always yes. She ALWAYS makes it happen! I look forward to partnering with her on many many more transactions in the near future!

Angelique was Wonderful. I lived out of town so she facilitated all of the work that needed to be done before the house went on the market. The house had been a rental . She arranged for the yard to be cleaned,painting,carpet,cleaning and all sorts of minor repairs to be done. Everyone she recommended did an excellent job. Pictures were taken for the listing and the house basically sold on the first open house. She also walked me though all of the paper work that needed to be done. Extremely supportive thought the whole process.

this was my first time looking at homes and buying a home, and i was expecting it to be a difficult process.. NOPE! at least not with Angelique! she showed us all the hot spots around town and had the answers to every one of our questions. when it came to buying our home, it could not have been any easier than she made it for us! we signed basically all of the paperwork over the computer, and it was all very straightforward and easy. I wish I could give more stars, 10 plus! Two thumbs up! I had flirtations with other Realtors looking for home in the mountains, and was sadly disappointed not only because they couldn't find a nice house in my price range for me they didn't seem to know where they were going on the mountain roads to show me house's, and couldn't answer any of my questions. I live in LA and virtually every time I drove up, she worked around my schedule and showed my wife and I houses in our price range across the mountain communities. Angelique did a superb job for me! She listened to what I was searching for and within a few days she had a list of homes that fit my desire. I made an offer on my first day looking for the 5th home she showed me! We negotiated a reduced offer and within a few days we were in escrow. She set everything up for me: Escrow, mortgage loan, inspection and a quick close. Most of the paperwork was through Doc U Sign so the process went quickly and without having to travel back and forth (45 Miles). I honestly dont believe I could have found (Angelique found me!) a better agent to help me find my new home! She definitely deserved my business!
