Anjeanette was a terrific real estate agent. The property that we listed with Anjeanette was owned by four owners, which added some complexity to her job. She was able to address all of the concerns that each one of us had at different stages in the process. From the very beginning she showed us several comps in the area so that we were all comfortable with the listing price. Along the way she was able to answer all questions immediately by phone or email. Since she lives in the Arrowhead area, Anjeanette had firsthand knowledge of what buyers and sellers are sensitive to when buying and selling in the mountains. For example, she was able to recommend varies workers to help us get our cabin ready prior to listing. With Anjeanette’s experience and tenacity, she was able to get a final offer over the original listing price in one day of the original listing date

She kept in mind all my must-haves (safe location with easy access, great kitchen, close to lake) and quickly pinpointed a house that fit my needs. Being a first time buyer, she also helped guide me through the entire process (disclosures, inspections, escrow) and now I have my dream home.
