To get high market value, we completed various home improvements, including paint and carpet, and a list of fixes and aesthetic enhancements, including Staging for the entire home. Jen went above and beyond to find us a rental space to get settled and registered for school - a major burden off my shoulders. Then we got serious about finding our forever home.
