If you are looking to sell or buy a property in the Coachella Valley, we couldnt recommend BBS Brokers highly enough. We can hardly believe our good fortune in finding the three sisters that make up the team of BBS Brokers. They went above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for in a real estate brokerage. We live in New Mexico and needed to sell my wifes parents lovely Palm Desert home in Ironwood Country Club. Her parents had passed away and, not being golfers, we had no desire to keep it. Now, this was a very emotional decision as we also had another property to sell in Colorado at the same time and these homes had been part of my wifes life for 30 and 61 years respectively. It was also a logistical challenge to sell two properties in two states different from the one we live in. In come Bahareh, Bita and Sara to the rescue. They not only helped us with the sale (and did so during off-season to boot), but they also helped us get the place ready to sell. We needed to do a lot to get the home ready to list and the BBS team offered their help and they each went above and beyond. Heck, their mom even helped! They reassured my wife that if we got the personal effects out, they would take care of removing everything else to make sure the property showed its best. Not only did they coordinate the removal of unwanted items, they also coordinated with workers to do final painting and other repairs and even a locksmith to open my in-laws safe. They did a stellar job of staging the home and if that were not enough, they found a treasure trove of receipts from a major remodel that is helping us out with our capital gain taxes. Throughout the process the sisters were always responsive and informative. They kept us up to date on what was going on with regular communications. They were also so very understanding of the emotional turmoil of this situation and so very kind and gentle with my wife in a turbulent time. We would recommend BBS completely and without hesitation.

Bahareh, Bita, and Sara did an outstanding job selling our home in Palm Desert. The entire process was smooth and the house went under contract within 12 days of the listing date! We were a little concerned about listing the home after the end of the high season in a much tougher Sellers market than the previous 3 years. Bahareh came up with a good selling strategy, and the offer came in very close to asking. The sisters are also very quick to respond to any listing or escrow requests, and kept us informed of all important events. It's easy to tell they are seasoned and have an extensive knowledge of the Coachella Valley properties. Bahareh was so welcoming and approachable, and with her immense real estate knowledge she made the process really easy for us. As we visited multiple properties, it was very apparent that we had made the right choice because all the other agents were very admiring of her and her sister's work in the industry. Bahareh negotiated the best deal for us to the point where we had some considerable equity on the property at purchase as we appraised the property prior to closing. We most appreciated the time when she walked the property with us before closing and inspected every minute detail as if she was buying her own. There are a lot of realtors in the industry right now, but good realtors like Bahareh and her sisters are tough to find. I can't say enough great things about Bahareh as our real estate agent. Our house went on the market when interest rates went up and the housing market slowed down. Bahareh kept us in the loop on a weekly basis and sometimes more on the status of the market as well as how her and her sisters were marketing our home. She went above and beyond when our house was in escrow and the title company didn't record on time, including getting us a $2k credit. She also was available when the house didn't close on the exact date and the new buyers had deliveries and cleaners scheduled. She wasn't obligated, but she let the cleaners in and brought deliveries in when there was a closing delay. She kept us informed all the way through the closing process. Bahareh always had our best interest in mind. If you are looking for an excellent realtor, I would highly recommend Bahareh!
