My wife and I have worked with Barry multiple times in the Los Angeles market for over a decade on both buying and selling. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my real estate needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods, highly responsive, and consistently clear in explaining each step of the process. Listen - Barry helped me sell and purchase the largest assets of my life, and I couldnt be happier. Over ~8 months, Barry navigated a tough sellers market and HOA situation and helped me garner 3 solid bids on my townhome. 7/8 months later, he negotiated a tremendous deal for my single family home in a highly sought after neighborhood. Not only does he communicate exceptionally, his knowledge of the SFV area is 2nd to none. Every house we seen, he always had 1-3 bullet points about the area that were spot on. I put Barry through 2-3 different home-buying scenarios and strategies (townhome, SFR, different locations, condos, etc.) and he led me each step of the way and throughout each change. Barry will be my agent for each and every real estate transaction I do in the LA area. Hes also become an incredible friend!

As first time homeowners, navigating the home buying process was incredibly daunting. However, Barry instantly put us at ease and made us feel confident moving forward. He spent time getting to know exactly what we were looking for and never made us feel like our goals were unattainable. When we were discouraged, he kept searching. He is incredibly reliable, knowledgeable and persistent. When we made our first offer (we had to make a few before one finally stuck), he made sure to thoroughly walk through the process, never rushing us and encouraging us to ask any questions. I highly recommend Barry Green. Before he put my house on the market, he walked through the house with me and gave me tips on how to increase the value of my house without spending much money. I took his advice and it worked. Barry was able to sell my house for a much higher price than I anticipated. He also is very knowledgeable about 1031 exchanges., which he helped me obtain also.
