Bart did a fantastic job from our first appointment we made with him till the day our house sold . Bart has a tremendous amount of real estate knowledge, experience and trends. I was referred to Bart from my realtor in Los Angeles after I wasnt happy with my current representation , and was told he is the best in the area . After taking Barts advise on the steps necessary to sell my house , I had 4 offers in just 3 days . Bart and his team made sure all the documents an escrow went smoothly with no issues. Bart made the whole experience of selling our home so easy. Very straight forward and very easy to talk to. He was very responsive at any time with our questions and made us feel like we were his only clients. We met with Bart on Monday, he sent photographers on Wednesday, we hit the market Friday and accepted an offer on Monday. We have a realtor that we used many times and love her but to no fault of hers, was not available this time but she set the bar high and we were skeptical of having a new realtor but Bart really came through. We had lined up several realtors to interview for the sale of our house. Bart showed up with a booklet of information that outlined the buying and selling process. The documents lined out all the questions that we had for selling our house. This was our first time selling and this answered all our questions. His information turned a very scary process effortless. One of our requirements in a realtor was to work with one person the entire time. He assured us that he would be there every step of the way and he was. As questions came up, we would send them his way and he would respond quickly. This never left us wondering for too long. He was very patient with us and no question was too out there for him to answer, even if he already answered it before. As the selling process worked through, he guided us through negotiating and came up with different ways to help get us the most money for our house. The process moved quickly with Bart.
