I contacted Beatrice and Laurann Woods when I decided to sell my rental property in Sunland. We ended up purchasing a house in probate and we firmly believe we could not have finished this purchase without Beatrice's expertise and tenacity. I have worked with Beatrice on two transactions. First when I bought my house and she had the listing. My wife and I were very impressed with how well she managed the transaction process. There were some complicated timing issues with the Seller as they were relocating about 30 miles south and in were having challenges on their "buy-side" deal. Yet, throughout the transaction, Beatrice communicated beautifully and it all went very smoothly. So, when we sold that same house, we picked Beatrice to represent us. She knew the local market as well as national trends affecting buyers abilities to close. Also of importance to me, was the proper positioning of the house. We had long discussion about staging the house for maximum appeal. The results were fantastic. Even though market data showed that things had already started slowing down, we sold for full price to a party that had toured on the first open house. The entire deal was struck within 3 days.
