It took awhile for us to find a home due to crazy market conditions, but Beita was right there with us every step of the way providing us w her expert advice, smart analysis and sincere encouragement. We felt so protected by her during our search - she really approached everything w our best interest in mind. She is so knowledgable in real estate and is an expert on the LA market. The way she handled our offer process resulted in us saving serious money on an amazing house because she had the vision, strategy and expertise to put us in the best position to secure the home. We had an OK experience but probably would not recommend. I ended up losing faith and trust towards the end of working with her, after a series of missteps and questionable decisions. She really put a lot of time and energy into selling our home, but the list of things I think she should've caught on the front end that would have prevented us from dropping out of escrow twice as well as getting more than asking, kept piling up. Hard to see other houses in the neighborhood getting multiple offers, while ours just sat...and sat.... Just happy it finally got done and we can all move on.

We are very happy to have completed the sale of our home in LA with Beita as our agent. Beita was always there for us and was very sensitive and accommodating to our needs and timetable. We were living in the home as we were selling, during various stages of the COVID lockdown, so there were many challenges in staging and showing. Beita met us at every step along the way to ensure we were comfortable with the process. There were points in the process where we were all frustrated - inspection contingencies, falling out of escrow, etc. - but we could always relate to Beita on a human level to get through it and ultimately achieve our goal of selling. We really appreciated her perseverance and work ethic to get the sale done.
