When my family needed a home Benjamin came to our rescue. Initially we were working with a bank for a home loan however the process was taking a long time. Got to meet with benjamin who reassured me he will help my family and I get a home we like. The first day we met him, we saw 4 homes, he never once pressured us into signing an agent buyer agreement. We ended up doing additional open houses for the next 2-3 weeks. Withing that period Benjamin has already connected me with a home loan officer who got my family and I approved for a loan. We found out dream house and through each step from finding the home to closing escrow Benjamin was there every step of the way. He was knowledgeable of about local properties, very responsive, picked up Everytime I called and responded to my messages in a record speed. I genuinely mean if when I say had it not been for Benjamin my family and I wouldn't have been able to secure our dream home that we have been working 5 years towards. I will highly recommend Benjamin as anyone's real estate agent!!

Ben did a amazing job helping us siff through listing and constantly adjusting it to our needs. He took the time to see many houses and was very knowledgeable in age, condition, possible repairs and remodels. The best thing I would say is, Ben was very patient and did not pressure to choose a house. He wanted to make sure we found "the one" before we discussed the next steps. During the negotiation he was also great in making sure we were covered and didn't buy a home with unexpected surprises. Overall he made the experience smooth and helped us each step of the way.

Ben contacted me when I was for sale by owner(FSBO)aEUR|well I actually had a bunch of agents contact me to try and obtain my business. Ben was the first one to come thru & get the drone photos I requested. We edocd & had him bring thru the buyers. First offer was over asking! Sadly it did not work out, Ben had another offer in there just shortly after. He worked very well with the buyers agent to get the deal done. Was a great encounter with a professional.
