Bernie Pittroff helped us sell our house and we highly recommend her! If you are looking for a great agent, you really need to look no further. Bernie is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and it shows. She stays on top of dozens of details, knows how to handle any challenging situation that arises, and always looks out for her clients best interests. She guided us through several thorny issues and decisions and she always had excellent advice each step of the way. Weve bought and sold several houses, and have a pretty good idea of what we are doing, but Bernie knew a lot of things we didnt know, and she took care of multiple tasks and had ideas that we didnt even think of. Basically, anything thats needed for a successful sale, she knows how to get it done, including amazing staging! We live 2 hours away from the house we sold, and she made it seamless and easy. We are so lucky that we found and selected Bernie, and really appreciate her awesome abilities. We could go on and on about what a wonderful agent, and person, Bernie is. It also helps that she knows lots of people in the industry and is a pleasure to work with. I suggest that when selecting an agent, give Bernie a call and talk with her before making a decision. Bernie Pittroff helped our family buy a house in Mount Washington, Los Angeles. The market was extremely competitive with 10 offers and thanks to Bernies excellent advise in this tough nA(C)gotiation the seller accepted our offer. Also, after we closed escrow there was some issue with the AC and Bernie made sure it would be fixed and it did. We highly recommend Bernie and if ever in the future we need to be represented in a real estate transaction, we will definitively call Bernie.

I selected Bernie because her online reviews were good and she worked locally in the Pasadena marketplace. I was not disappointed! I had contemplated selling the property without an agent as I have been in quite a few real estate transactions including one without an agent but decided that since I lived out of town and there was some work needed on the house, that it would be wise to be represented. Having her working on it was MORE than worth it. She was able to arrange inspections that saved me thousands by letting me know what needed and what DIDN'T need to be done. Her resources for doing targeted work, staging, and pricing generated LOTS of interested buyers and a good price. She kept me up to date on everything that was happening, made good independent decisions (better than some of the ideas I had in mind), and navigated a ton of prep work and organization. I told her at the outset that I don't normally give top rating to anyone, but I would give her 6 stars if it were possible.
