In our first meeting, he pointed out the good characteristics of our house and worked with us for a strategy to promote sales. He was attentive to our needs and quick in action. We wanted to buy a home in PS but we didnt have anyone to help us. We interviewed 3 candidates including Tony Estrada of Brady Sandahl Real Estate. Tony exceeded our expectations. Timeline of interview process: Tues 3:10pm: We sent emails out to 3 agents. By 3:42pm Tony Estrada replied with, "I would be thrilled to show you homes this weekend." By 5:45pm we were on a conference call together. Tony was very professional and answered all our questions with no pressure. We asked Tony of he could provide information on 6-8 homes. The next morning Tony replied with listings and even expanded the search to 2 areas he thought we might like. Realtor #2 replied around 7:30pm with a long list of questions. Realtor # 3 replied the following morning with listings that were well above our price range. We thanked #2 and #3 for their time. By Thursday morning it was becoming very clear to us that Tony took his craft very seriously. By EOD Thursday, Tony had arranged for us a tour to look at 6 listings that Saturday. Saturday: Tony met us promptly and was prepared with information on each property. By EOD Saturday we didnt find a house that worked for us, but we knew we had found the right person to help us. Tony Estrada! A new listing popped, Tony scheduled a tour and filmed the walkthrough and sent us a 7 part vlog of the house to look at. By the next Sunday, we wanted to make an offer but had a tight deadline to submit our offer. Tony did his homework as well as working with the listing agent to get our offer in. He helped us structure our offer to be as competitive as possible and Seller picked our offer! Tony had a team of vendors that helped us get inspected, approved, financed and escrow closed in under 30 days. House is ours! I can truly say it was a pleasure to work with Tony and his team on this project and I would highly recommend Tony to my family and friends.
