Our family is very happy with our recent experience with Shaunte Sahagun and Reason Real Estate. From the beginning she was extremely professional in her interaction with us, helping us understand the market and how the home we needed to sell compared with the competition. Shaunte took the time to understand our familys situation, and was patient with us as our minimal experience raised many questions. She leveraged her industry contacts to line up painting and cleaning crews, and a terrific staging company, all at very reasonable cost. And we were very impressed with the results. Shaunte also provided great photos of the interior and exterior of the home, which really showed off the quality of the property for would-be buyers. Before and after, it was an amazing transition. Shaunte and her partner Brandon got everything scheduled and done very quicklyaEUR"we experienced great service throughout the entire process. We put our trust in Shaunte and her organization, and it paid offaEUR"her efforts generated several viable offers in only eight days, and she helped us negotiate a final deal well over our asking price.

I'm writing this review about a month after we received the keys. Still havent settled into the new house(wonder if I ever will!)but I wanted to write this review while its still fresh in my mind. Before meeting Brandon, my FiancA(C) and I had worked with three other agents so we had a pretty idea of the characteristics that make a good agent. My fiancA(C) and I were first time home buyers so we had a lot of questions. We immediately took notice that his responses to our questions were lightning fast. It didnt matter the time or day, Brandon would give us a thoughtful response within minutes. As soon as we were ready to make an offer for a house, he would have formal offer submitted by the end of the day. I realized this level of responsiveness is so valuable in such a hot market like Southern California. His estimates on what the house will sell for based on comparables were very accurate (+/- .5%). For every offer we put for a home with Brandon, we ended up being one of the top two offers. From what I could tell, Brandon would always form a great relationship with the sellers agents. In my opinion, his outstanding review score on Zillow is a true representation of quality and professionalism that groups him with the best. Brandon, thank you for everything!

Worked with Brandon on our home purchase, he was easy to reach, very communicative and willing to work with us as we tried to find out what was important to us in a home. Never pushy and willing to spend as much time as we needed. Once we found our home, Brandon helped us navigate what ended up being a trickier closing closing process (through no fault of his).
