We had a great experience working with Brandon. He took care of all the back-and-forth with the landlord so we never had to stress about chasing anyone down. During the walkthrough he was fun to work with ? he?d point out where a couch could go or how we could set up a room, which really helped us picture ourselves living there. After we signed he also did a move-in walkthrough with us to note any existing scuffs and wear, which we really appreciated. He made the whole process easy and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him!

Simply put ; we would not have been willing to put this purchase together without Brandon, period! He was the glue that kept this transaction together. Absolute Gentleman, knowledgeable on so many points , was always willing to take my calls (I prefer calls to text). Brandon would address my questions and or concerns in a very timely and concise manner. This purchase was especially challenging since we live full time in a suburb of Boston and we conducted the purchased of the property in LA remotely. This was not a large purchase for LA (under 1million ) so I wasn?t expecting the level of service he delivered. Again , Thank you so much Brandon for making this dream come True - a Job well done!
