Five stars, and I wish I could give more! Breanne sold our condo in downtown LA, which turned out to be a genuinely hard sale in a building that is not easy to move units in. She stayed with it the entire way and never once let us feel like we were losing momentum. A few things stood out. She is completely professional, and she is patient in a way that is rare when a deal drags on. No matter how long it took or how many times we came back with questions, we always felt like we were her top priority. She knew the process cold and walked us through every stage so we understood what was happening and why. And when we needed help, she had a contact for it. She connected us with vendors at every turn, which saved us an enormous amount of time and stress. We ended up in a much better position than we expected going in. If you are looking for an agent who will actually stick with a difficult transaction and treat you like her only client, this is who you want. I could not recommend her more.
