I found Brenda on Yelp and chose her because of her great reviews. When I called her one afternoon wanting her move quickly in placing an offer on a home, she was busy with another client but had a can do attitude and the offer was prepared and submitted right away. I was also needed to sell a house at the same time and she was my realtor for that transaction also. I cant say enough positive things about Brenda to express how grateful I am that she was my realtor. Not only was Brenda timely and responsive, she listened to every detail and followed up without any need to repeat myself. She is honest and straightforward. We sold our home when the market was tuff and Brenda was clear and honest about market conditions making sure our expectations were realistic. Even though the market was tough, our home sold fairly quickly. She is an effective negotiator and will go to bat for you to ensure you get whats important to you. Lastly, Brenda is kind and sensitive to personal needs and is able to handle any personal matters with grace and free of judgment. Buying, selling homes, moving and going through transitions are tough, especially in current market conditions. However, with Brenda, the load was made easier. Today I consider Brenda more than my realtor but also a friend and I will refer her to anyone in need of buying and/or selling real estate.

I used Brenda as the realtor to sell my home. Initially, when I first met Brenda, she was very organized and seemed efficient. However, as our working relationship progressed, I started to fell more like a aEURoenumberaEUR? versus a client. Brenda only communicated with me via text message. Being new to the process of selling a home, it can be very confusing. She never once called me to have a telephone conversation. I always had to call her to initiate a call for an explanation. She is not personable and did not take the time to explain each step of the process. She texted me several times asking Me the same questions and requested the same documents that she had previously asked me before. She seemed like she was too busy and couldnt remember what she had already asked.There was one point during the process where she was very rude and caddy. She told me I had received a home offer that was lower than my offer price. I said they wanted to decline the offer because I wanted to get the asking price or more for my home. Brenda stated, verbatim, aEURoeYour home is only worth what a buyer is willing to payaEUR|we dont have a magic 8 ball.aEUR? This comment was so unprofessional and showed she is not supportive of her clients wants throughout the process. She portrayed that she just wanted to hurry up and close the deal so she can get paid.

She found us a buyer immediately which is exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately there was some issues with the buyer so we ended at a very long escrow, which is not what I wanted. It was out of her hands though. She was able to negotiate some fees for me due to the length which I greatly appreciated. Only thing I wish she had done better was communicate with me more as to what was happening.

Lets be honest - selling a house can be stressful and a burden. Until now.Brenda is a dream come true realtor. We had met with another realty company prior to finding Brenda and just didnt feel comfortable. The prior company very much undervalued our property and did not provide advice to maximize our sale. Brenda appropriately valued our home and recommended placing furniture differently. We put our house on the market and had a ton of showings over the next 4 days. We received multiple offers and sold for a substantial amount more than the asking price. We were kept up to date the entire way. There were no surprises.
