Dear Brita is the best agent you can find!!! We are deeply thrilled about the home Brita helped us find. She was attentive, and took care of everything with care, she didnt let anything slip! She reviewed all of our documents in detail, helped us learn what we didnt know so we could make informed decisions, she visited nearly every house with us, was proactive in finding us good fits and helped us not waste our time/energy for not so good fits (when we were smart and took her advice! Lol!). She sold our condo at top price and helped us upgrade into a home at our price. She even connected us with a lender that gave us an incredible below market rate! Truly! Shes unbelievable. She helped us stage our home beautifully and hired an excellent photographer for the listing. The marketing was impeccable and invaluable. Brita has helped us buy two house in Los Angeles and both experiences with her have been excellent. Our first purchase was remote (buying a home to rent to our daughter) since we had not moved here and Brita was always available and made the process easy. We love that house! More recently we bought a second home with Brita, and again, she delivered and then some. We got the perfect house for us - and her negotiations made it possible for us to get our dream home. I've been incredibly lucky to work with Brita on 3 different homes. She helped me understand the market in L.A. when I was moving here from San Francisco, and in a pinch she helped me put in an offer on a great home. I both bought my first house in Glassell Park with Brita and sold it with her 4 years later. We looked at about 25 houses in various neighborhoods of LA prior to finding the right house and her knowledge of the various neighborhoods and the market differences in each neighborhood was extensive. She made both the buying and selling process super easy - she's such a great communicator which is so important when buying and selling a home. She also has a fixer for everything! Whether it's staging, a contractor, or an HVAC guy (all things I needed over the years), I've been able to trust that when I ask, she'll only refer me to the best. Brita was an amazing partner for us to buy our first home. She helped us navigate our process from strategy to buying. I am detail oriented and diligent and she was there for every question, every late night or weekend call. She walked us through our first offer, and was incredibly thoughtful about the homes she suggested on our search. Her strategy landed us the home at a better price than we could have gotten without her. I highly recommend Brita if youre looking to buy a condo or a house. I gave her my price and the areas I was interested in and she immediately sent me 5 options. A couple of them looked promising so we met; she was punctual, really nice and made me feel comfortable (I assumed realtors were like annoying used car salesmen).
