Nathan is super-knowledgeable, responsive, collaborative, and was a calm voice-of-reason as he guided our searched for the best -fit property. Very well-connected & resourceful. Every transaction has rough patches--Nathan sorted each challenge with his experience, effort, and good nature. Brock's in depth knowledge of the realty in the Echo Park / Silverlake area as an agent (and also a home owner himself) was amazing. Finding YOUR home can be a stressful experience, and one where you rarely know when to celebrate (We submitted an offer, can we celebrate now? Our offer was accepted and we're in escrow can we celebrate now? We made an amendment offer after inspections and it was accepted, CAN WE CELEBRATE NOW? CAN WE EVER CELEBRATE!?!?). Brock fielded these questions and more with ease and aplomb, keeping our expectations level set while answering all our questions and keeping our excitement and anticipation high. Purchasing your first home is probably one of the biggest decisions you'll make, but shouldn't it be fun too? Shouldn't you not feel stressed out and information deficient? If that sounds like something you'd enjoy, go with Brock, and TRUST HIS EXPERTISE. It'll be worth it when you close, as we just did after a 3 month escrow process. I've known Brock for a few years now, but this was the first time I've worked with him on a home sale. I was already familiar with his expertise with the local real estate market in Silver Lake, but hadn't seen him in action until he helped me sell my condo. Brock was extremely professional, and provided great advice throughout the process. He also provided great guidance throughout, from preparing the home to be shown, to negotiating, and ultimately through the closing process. Brock Harris has represented us in both buying and selling for many years. This last transaction was very difficult and because the buyers couldn't eventually get their necessary funding, it fell out of escrow twice, but Brock never dropped the ball and finally found us a buyer who could meet the price and get the fundings. Brock and his office staff were wonderful dealing with the very difficult tenants and the inspections and helping the buyer feel comfortable. Brock is smart, tireless and honest. Definitely one of the best!

Brock helped my wife and I buy a home in LA while we were living in NYC. We didn't know LA very well, and Brock helped us understand the history and vibe of different neighborhoods along with detailed knowledge about the real estate market. Brock knows all the ins & outs of real estate transactions, but more importantly he has judgment about which are the correct actions to take from the very beginning through to the end, so it comes off as desired. He's seen it all and knows how to make things go right. His production and statistics are evidence of his competence. Plus he's cheery and lighthearted and fun to work with, and actually likes what he does very much. He does answer his text messages and voice mails when you reach out to him. He's a full time professional, committed, in tune with the market, and effective at getting what his clients want.

Brock and his team are incredibly knowledgable, down to earth, friendly, and make the often frustrating process of buying a house fun. That's right! FUN! They were patient with us and we found a terrific house in our price range. I bought my first home with Brock and I plan to continue on as an investor and ultimately when its time to trade up. Brock is the best negotiator you could hope to find. If you want to be competitive as either a first time buyer or seasonsed investor, he is your guy. My offer beat out 14 or 15 other offers of a similar price. He makes the real estate business more practical and less frightening. He won't baby you or hold your hand, but he will get you in escrow. He is the real esate agent for serious buyers and sellers.

Selling a house is complicated. I've bought and sold homes with agents since 1980, and Brock is one of the two agents who I'd recommend without reservation. Brock is an original, and every home or business address he sells is unique. He's thought about his approach to selling, and is pragmatic, original, and effective in all he does. I didn't eventually sell my current house with Brock, but that didn't reflect on his efforts. I had more viewings than any of my previous agents (for this house, or any other). I still live here, and, if I choose to have an agent again, Brock is at the top of my list.
