Bryan and his team were phenomenal. Our house hunting process started months ago with many ups and downs BUT, from the get go, Bryan and his team explained and laid out the process of what to expect in this housing market which made it a lot easier to handle all of the unforeseen challenges with buying a house during this time. When we finally landed in Escrow, we really saw how exceptional MINT as a whole, including their network of inspectors, mortgage lenders, and escrow partners really stepped up and made the process of purchasing a home seamless...especially for first-time home buyers like ourselves. Kaylan was with us from the get go when we started our home purchasing endeavor and was there every step of the way until the final purchase date. She worked diligently to get things done whenever something came up with house hunting and especially during the house purchasing period. Kaylan was on top of her game and truly helped us get the purchase across the finish line with solid negotiations, helping to pave the way for our first home purchase. With Bryans expert guidance, negotiating skills and impressive network of connections, it only took 11 days for us to go from aEURoestarting to lookaEUR? to opening escrow and the whole process took 40-days total from beginning to close! Not to mention, we were first-time homebuyers without any knowledge on the subject whatsoever and we werent even sure what city we wanted to live in. Bryan was available to us to view properties, answer questions and have calls at all times. He was very responsive and kept us focused on what we were looking to purchase. He's lived in the area most of his life and knows it very well. We purchased a second home and after several showings and meeting Bryan in person, felt very comfortable buying a home that he toured with us on FaceTime. Bryan Hill is one of the most professional real agents I have had the pleasure of working with. We started looking at houses starting in late October of 2020 and made various offers and had a couple accepted offers.Bryan told us we will know we have found the right house when we have a good feeling about it.
