This was not our first time working with Charise and the Caliber team. They previously sold another condominium unit for us in Anaheim's Platinum Triangle and that worked out very well. When we went back to Team Carrie and Charisse, Charisse walked us through how tools in the industry had changed in the last four years and an advantage that Caliber and the team had using Zillow for clients here in Orange County. Charisse did a unit walk through, targeted the right price for our 8-year-old Townhouse style condo, and sold the unit on the first day on the market at asking price. We are very pleased with Team Carrie and Charisse.

Charisse and Carrie have been holding Open House events in condos for several years at Stadium Lofts. We have attended almost every one just seeing how the units looked and how they were staged. Charisse and Carrie were always great to talk with and very knowledgeable about the Stadium Lofts Community amenities. When we decided to sell one of our units there, they were the results oriented team to turn to for our sale. It took them just one week to successfully sell our unit. We are very pleased with this team and would use them again.

Carrie & Charisse helped us buy our first home just about a year ago. They were great advocates, responsive at all hours of the day, and hilarious to boot. During our first meeting with Carrie she could tell the house wasn't a good fit for us, and she didn't hide it. I love that about this team, they're not out to make the deal, their goal is to help their clients. The house we ended up getting we saw on a night when competing offers were in, and the seller was supposed to make a decision the next morning. They jumped on it, and got us the house over the other buyers. Evidently it pays to have someone who knows what they're doing! Carrie still sends us funny texts from time to time, and even brought us a pie and a plant a year after closing. So cool! Genuinely good people, great agents.

This review is long overdue.. it has been almost a year since we bought our house with the help of Carrie and Charisse. We happened to meet Carrie while out house hunting.. within minutes of meeting her, with no desire to even have an agent.. we decided she was the perfect person to help us find our forever home. She was professional and so easy to talk to. She really listened and understood what we were looking for as first time home buyers. She was patient with us, responded quickly to texts and calls.. and was always on our side. She is simply GREAT at what she does. We called Charisse, Carries partner in crime. To say that Charisse & Carrie were amazing would be an understatement! Not only were we selling our home, we were also preparing to move cross country, all in about 4 week period. It was a stressful time, but their help made a world of difference. Not only were they incredibly responsive, they were also very proactive in getting us to where we needed to be to get the house on the market & sold (very quickly & above asking price!). You really need to contact Carrie and Charisse when buying or selling your home. I had a great experience with Charisse. They are so trustworthy, which I think is one of the most important parts of buying or selling a house. They were able to answer all of my questions, made me feel so comfortable, and I didn't have to do much at all. I was more than happy with their services, expertise and professionalism. Charisse took the time to show me several condominium units in Orange County. When I decided on which one to buy, she did everything for me. Everything. I live in Dallas Texas so this had to get done through her in Orange and it could not have gone any better thanks to her and Carrie helped too. Then, if that wasn't enough, she referred people to help renovate the unit including floors and paint. Finally, unfortunately I had a water leak just this week. My neighbor informed me of the leak. I asked Charisse to take a look and she was there within minutes! You will not find a better real estate agent anywhere. Her and Carrie....tops.

Awesome!!!!! Don't hesitate to call these native California realtors! They can help you find your dream home now! Charisse, along with Caliber Realty, provided the best personal service I have ever received placing a home on the market and finding a new residence. During the sale of my house, which is stressful enough, my family and I had to attend/arrange for the funeral of a family member in another state. Charisse, along with Carrie, handled absolutely everything regarding the sale of the house. They never missed a step but were very respectful of the situation. We recently purchased a home for our family. We gave Charisse a long list of necessities in order for us to find a home to purchase. We were not in a hurry to buy and we were willing to be very patient in the process. Charisse was able to find us a home that matched our list or requirements much quicker than we had expected.
