We needed to sell our Lodi houses. Our agent in Oregon recommended Carrie Silva. We met with her, walked through both houses, agreed on asking prices, and scheduled Open Houses for the following weekend. By Monday we had and offer on one house at $15K over asking. Thursday we had an offer on the second house at the asking price. Escrow closed on both houses two weeks later. Carrie was available it seemed like 24/7 during the whole process guiding us through negotiations and final agreements.
