Trust. That was most important to me after moving to the east coast with the need to sell our house in Orange County from 2000 miles away. With tenants in the house, a great personality and self-starter attitude were also important. Pam and the team at Cesi Pagano & Associates more than fit the bill. They were awesome! I was delighted with how quickly Pam won over the tenants and got their cooperation for showings. Being so far away, Pams help with coordinating showings with the tenants, inspections, repairs and more were absolutely indispensable. I hardly had to do anything. With electronic documents and signatures, supplemented by Fed Ex, I never even had to travel back to the West Coast to complete the sale. Having recently sold our Orange County home under the representation of Cesi Pagano and her team, I would highly and unconditionally recommend them for any real estate needs. I was particularly impressed with their methodical process and communication. We knew what was going on and what to expect every week. We feel obligated to inform all homeowners, selling or purchasing, to please be aware of realtor Brittany Stewart . She is only driven by money rather than the well being of her clients . She is extremely dishonest and will lie often. She will make false promises for her own gains, and can be overtly unprofessional. She lacks communication skills, and as a result you are constantly doing double work . We have worked with many realtors in the past, and have never come across a realtor with such lack of overall customer service and basic experience.

If I could give 6 (or more) stars I would! My husband and I had not bought or sold a home in 15 years and didn't know who to call. We were given a referral to Melinda with the Cesi Pagano Team, and thank goodness we did!Melinda had done her work even before meeting with us for the first time. She had prepared a full overview of our neighborhood, recent sales, and told us what to expect with our sale, how the market worked during this time of year (mid-winter), and what our house could be expected to sell for. She was spot on with every aspect!I was even more impressed with the "behind the scenes" team. Julie was great helping us get the house ready for photos. And the photos! Good photos of a home make a sale, and the quality of the photographer was amazing. As were the marketing materials themselves.I LOVED the marketing feedback Cesi's team provided. They tracked our homes progress on sites like Zillow and Trulia and provided us the all that data. We were even given responses by other buying agents who looked at home. That knowledge is indispensable to a buyer.But all of this couldn't have happened without Melinda! She really listened during our first meeting, and got to know us as people. She was always available to us. (And if she couldn't take our call, she texted to tell us she got our call and would return it as soon as possible.) Selling a house is a big deal, and emotional. Melinda was the calm in the storm. She was never without answers, or a shoulder to lean on. One of her greatest strengths though, was how professionally she treated EVERYONE during this sale. This included the buying agent, her clients, home inspectors, appraisers, escrow officers, etc. She even took the time to personally go out and introduce herself to the selling agent where we were purchasing our new home!And even though our sale ended a few weeks ago, Cesi called us to see how we were doing in our new home, and to let us know if we needed any help they were still there for us! Mary Ann Moore from Cesi Pagano Team was beyond exceptional. She helped me purchase my first home. As a first time home buyer, I did not know what to do and what to expect. She explained, guided, and assisted me through out the whole process. She even had to drive at least 2 hours to show me house at least 3x. We met with Cesi several months prior to listing our home. She presented us with current comps for homes in our neighborhood and provided a clear plan for staging and marketing our home. We kept in touch & when we were ready, we felt so confident with Cesi and her team, we moved out of state and left our home in her capable hands. We moved out on a Saturday and our home was staged & on MLS by Thursday. Approximately a week later we had a qualified buyer and an extremely quick & smooth escrow process.
