As I write this glowing review of Chad Dannecker and his professional real estate team in San Diego, I do it without any hesitation. We sold a condominium in downtown San Diego at the beginning of the aEURoepandemicaEUR? with the intent of buying a home in San Diego. Even though this made it difficult to view new homes as the country was shut down, Chad persevered and made special appointments for us when we would fly into San Diego to view prospective homes. He would advise us on value due to location and quality of the home. It was a challenging time as the market was being unprecedented in sales. Very professional and responsive! They helped me sell my downtown condo during the coronavirus outbreak and it sold in very short time for a fair price. I will use them again for future home sales!update since I can only leave 1 review per realtor.... I met Chad's associate Arlis Travis at an Open House in February of 2020. We had just started looking for a 2 BR condo as an upgrade from our current 1 BR. At the time we were not working with a realtor. We met with Chad and a few other realtors in our area before deciding on who we wanted to work with for selling our house. We felt extremely comfortable with Chad and decided right away that we wanted to work with him and his team. We had just had our first child and were a little apprehensive on moving forward with getting the house on the market as quickly as possible with a newborn; but with being military and having to move across the country only two months after having a baby, we needed to move fast!
