We dealt with Chris in buying a home in 1995. We were moving into a new area altogether different than the San Gabriel Valley so needed some extra help. -- Chris represented the seller and we, of course, had an agent from a Vista realty. I won't mention her name since she was very unhelpful. --Chris helped both of us - buyers and sellers. He was extremely good about communicating. When the final walk-through was over we were told by the sellers that the large ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom did not go with the house, we said - too bad because it wasn't listed as an exception. That was when we said, 'No fan, no sale.' Chris and our agent split the $400 cost!-- Later after moving in Chris brought us some house keys that he had made. Our agent never talked to us again. -- My husband was so impressed by Chris' attention that he had Chris' name and company included in the family trust to sell the house. Quite an exceptional thing to do!!!

We began this relationship in April 2019, contacting Patrick (agent). He was comfortable with the fact we weren't going to sell until the first quarter of 2020. After looking at our home during the 4th quarter of 2019, John (a managing partner) suggested some "fixes" and mentioned that our home would sell fairly quickly; maybe a week. When Steve (marketing) listed the house on the MLS in Feb, the house sold in 6 hours for asking!
