As first-time homebuyers, we were immediately struck by Emmanuels approachable demeanor and willingness to accommodate our house search timeline. He consistently made himself available throughout our search, and, after we identified a promising home, he and his senior teammate continually answered our many questions and communicated with the sellers agent to get us responses from the time our offer was accepted through the close of escrow 3 weeks later. His humility and understanding with our many questions was invaluable to us. His consistent, honest service made it a pleasure to work with him.

Neida Cazares was/is a consummate professional who put my husband and I at ease right away by listening first as we described our situation and hoped-for outcome by phone then showing us how well she had grasped it all at our first meeting. As we looked at home showings Neida let us do the rapid-fire out-loud commentary then took the reigns of translating these into notes and questions for the seller. Though we didnt buy then when it came time to sell our place I didnt hesitate to choose Neida to represent us and we couldnt be happier that we did now that our home sold the first week. We got roughly 10 offers in 5 days! I attribute much of this to Neidas strong knowledge and accurately pin-pointing the right price for our home. Neida was generous with her support and we needed it as we took on a lot in such a short timeframe. We experienced having our hand held every step of the way; she just took care of every detail and kept us on track to the outcome we set out to achieve, which we actually surpassed with Neidas help! We have very much appreciated doing business with Neida on something that turns out to be so personal aEUR"even emotionalaEUR" to us with all we had going on at the time. Absolutely amazing work. I'm being as objective as possible here. She has been on time, enthusiastic, and most of all empathetic during the entire process of selling our condo. If something happened that set us back like the multiple back outs while more than half way through escrow she would share in our frustration and then reassure us. Not with just empty words but with continued results from her hard work letting us know which buyers are still interested and contingencies to put on the contract to protect us from further backs outs, at leas to offset the cost of keeping the condo on the market. Smack dab in the beginnings and into the pandemic she was far ahead of everyone else in providing safety measures to ensure there would be no disease spread while showing the condo, and when it wasn't safe she would let us know that she would close down viewings for the time being. These are just a few of the many, many instances in which she has shown her work ethic and genuinely good hearted core personality. Eventually my family and I would like to move back to the area and when that happens I hope she will be there to help us. PS. if there's any doubt that this is all just lip service I literally have her card pasted up on my wall in my office so I don't lose it, that's how much I enjoyed working with her.
