While interviewing realtors to sell our luxury home, my wife and I had no doubt that Jamie Andrews of Stubbs and Bammer was the one to choose. Jamie communicates extremely well and is very knowledgable regarding how to market your property in the most effective manner. Jamie is also a great negotiator and got us the highest price of any home sold in the area. Jamie was also very caring and respectful of our requirements in regards to showing the property to potential buyers. Jamie is a bundle of energy that is really passionate about her work and did everything possible to get our property sold at the best possible price. Larry and Christian are, in a word, awesome. My husband and I moved out to California for his job in March 2020. We were going to take our time getting to know the area while we rented but then with a new puppy and a new baby on the way and the pandemic limiting our use of apartment amenities we decided we should find a house sooner than we thought. Needless to say, we did not know exactly what we wanted or where we wanted to be. We found Larry at one of the first open houses we went to and lucky we did! Larry and Christian took their time to teach us about the area and they were very very patient with us as we changed out scope and search many times. We walked in to over 30 houses!! They were there every step of the way encouraging us and talking us through the pros and cons of every home. They were never pushy, never trying to sell us on something we didnt want or need and always accommodating when we changed our minds (more than once). When we finally found the house we wanted, it was obvious that there was a lot of interest in it and there was likely to be a bidding war. They got us in to see it ASAP! We fell in love and put in an offer. We knew it wouldnt be that easy but Christian and Larry worked their magic and secured the house for us all while making it look easy! We feel very lucky to have done business with them and we consider them some of our first friends we made out here in California. We would recommend them highly and will use them again if any of our friends or family move to the area! Do yourself a favor and take any opportunity you have to work with them. Theyre the best!

My wife and I cant recommend Christian enough! We just closed on our first home purchase this week. As first time home buyers, we naturally had loads of questions, and Christian took the time to walk us through every little thing (really, if you only knew how many questions we had!). His Transaction Coordinator, Kelly, was also a champ at answering our onslaught of questions as well. Christian has excellent knowledge of the area and gave us honest feedback every step of the way, being real with us and always making us feel that he had our best interests at heart. He even gave us a pep talk or two when we were nervous about taking the plunge. Apparently, we didnt have the typical buying experience due to the sellers side of things, but he handled everything like a pro and we felt confident with the process the entire way through. If youre looking for a realtor, stop searching--youve found your guy!

We are so luck to meet Chris through Zillow when we found houses we wanted to see. From the beginning, he explained taxes and fees for the areas and communities so there are no surprises. Also he is local and he answers all the questions we had about the areas. Best of all, hes been honest about the houses and he tells his own opinions (not sales pitch), so we relied on him. Hes calm and laid back so not really pitching type guy which I prefer, but he is professional and confident when it comes to prices and negotiations. I thank him for showing houses patiently even in such short notice, answering all my questions late at night. I would introduce Chris to everyone I know who are interested in moving in this area. I would definitely ask him again if we ever decided to move in future.

I wish there were more stars to select than 5 as Larry Bammer and Christian Stubbs far exceeded our expectations. We had already interviewed 5 realtors when Larry had contacted us. Larry did not approach us the same way as the other realtors as he had unique marketing approaches from the way he holds open houses and shooting our house and featuring it on The American Dream which showcases the listing on national TV to 10,000,000 viewers. We were on the first episode with the El Toro Meat Market! No other realtor came up with any ideas similar. Larry laid out a strategic marketing plan that made logical sense and was unique from the other realtors. We trusted Larry and Christian from day one; they both have outstanding personalities, they communicate as a team, and are responsive. They are both kind, and humorous! Larry is also a member of the Laguna Beach police force. That immediately gave me a level of security knowing we would be having numerous open houses and I would have 70 or more people walking through my home in one weekend. We always go with our instincts, and everything was pointing to Larry and Christian and we are glad we followed that path. From the time we signed the contract, they went to work assertively with their plan (open houses, meeting the neighbors, marketing, videos, etc.). When it came down to negotiating, Larry was a master. From the time we officially listed on the MLS, we had our house sold in ~9 days $10,000 above list. We watched them work through the entire process and saw their marketing and negotiation skills. They support you through the entire process and are there to ensure you meet your goals. I highly recommend using them....10 stars all the way!!!
