After unsuccessfuly trying many realtors in the Antelope Valley to sell our house we met Christie. She was outstanding. Christie introduced us to a qualified buyer and managed a closure in less than 30 days at the price we were asking. The strategy that other realtors were using was to bully us to lower the price to unreasonably low levels. Christie respected our needs and negotiated a successful sale. They wouldnt return my calls or take me to look at houses , worsts they expected me to do everything and they not to do anything , but then I meet Christie Limpus- Hathaway, she is knowledgeable , helpful and will do everything to get your house sold ! When we started our home search we dealt with a couple of agents. They never returned called, cancelled appointments and we found the homes to view, not the agents. Then we received a call from Christie for a home we inquired about. A home I was just told from another agent was unavailable. Christie got us in to view that home to view that same day and she immediately set up many viewings for the home type we had in mind. What a champ! Christie was nothing short of phenomenal. I live out of state, and had been dreading the process of renting my house. When I decided to sell, I interviewed other realtors though an email questionnaire. She was the first to respond, the first to call and was patient while I researched other realtors. From the beginning, she had to deal with difficulties with the renter that was occupying the house, an incompetent property manager, and some repairs that had to be done as the house went up for sale. She was flexible, knowledgeable, cheerful, and extremely competent. Christie did a great job communicating with me, which made dealing with issues easier, and she always looked to find solutions. My silver lining in a nightmare of a situation. I will not go into details in what a nightmare the situation selling my home was because there is a character limit. I will tell you this though, without Christie I would still be in a terrible situation. I'm pretty sure any other realtors would have given up. Christie is professional, resourceful, and is an expert in her business. It was a pleasure working with her and I admire the passion she has for real estate, she truly enjoys what she does. We relocated to the Lancaster area from northern California and didn't know where to start. We contacted Christie and just from talking with her, we knew she was the right choice. We outlined our wants and desires with her over the phone and drove down and met with Christie. She had several houses lined up for us to see, and she found the perfect house that met all of our needs. We made an offer and then issues hit with the seller. Christie was there with us (long distance) at every step, helping us through a long process made difficult by the seller. We absolutely could not have completed the purchase of our home without her knowledge and perseverance in dealing with the seller. Has been by my side the entire process of finding a house to going thru the escrow. I would highly recommend her to my friends. I did not know Christie Limpus at all...I found her via internet. I wrote her a quick note, she responded to me very quickly. I was new to the area and needed a realtor, wanted to buy asap. I gave her my needs she found what I was looking for and in my price range. She was truly amazing, answered all our questions, met all our needs in a very short time.
