Christine and her team does it again! They helped my sell my condo and the process was completely seamless. I originally made the purchase with Christine's help and had such a great experience, that I decided to use Marterra for management of the condo rental as well (after buying another home with her)! Everything went better than I thought possible. I was very happy to sit back and relax, knowing Marterra was taking care of everything. Not only was it really easy, but the deals were amazing as well! There was a very similar condo on the market at the same time as mine. I honestly believed it was better so I asked for mine to be listed for less. The other condo sold for asking, but Christine sold my condo for above asking, beating out the better condo!! We had previously worked with another agent for our first home and in comparison Christine was much more knowledgeable. We found a gem in Christine Morgan! She is doubtless the most awesome broker in Costa Mesa! She and Michelle Wahler, sat down with us and enthusiastically laid out the plan for the sale of our Costa Mesa home and everything went exactly as planned! First they went through our house with an expert eye to stage it for the photographer. The photographer took some beautiful interior and particularly striking, exterior sunset photos. From the photos, they made a luxury brochure to give out at the weekend open house where they lit candles and served mimosas and sweets! After the first weekend open houses, we received three offers, two over asking! They sent out a multiple offer counter and one buyer raised his $50K which we accepted. Our 30 day escrow went smoothly. Christine brought documentation to give to the bank appraiser that ensured our over asking price was market price so our buyers could have the full loan amount! She even helped us sell items to the buyers. We could not be more pleased! After escrow closed Christine and Michelle brought over a beautiful gift crate with savory snacks, a cookbook and bottles of French Champagne and Cabernet Sauvignon wine!
