Connie did amazing work as our real estate agent -- twice! Connie helped us buy a great home for a great price in 2011. We were so impressed with her work that Connie was our first choice when it came time to sell that same home in 2015. Because of Connie's skill both as our buying and selling agent, we enjoyed living in a wonderful home for four years, and sold that property for a huge profit. Connie went the extra mile on both ends of this transaction. As our agent when we were buyers, she spent countless hours on the phone and managed to iron out some unexpected complications that arose during the sale. A lesser agent would have given up or lost focus, costing us the deal, but Connie's negotiations kept a complex deal on track. As our agent when we sold our home, Connie worked tirelessly on our behalf. She brought over a truckload of furniture and artwork to help us stage our home effectively. Connie helped us handymen at great rates to get the house in tip-top shape. Once our home was listed, she staged open houses week after week until we found exactly the right buyer. Other homes in the area had trouble selling, but Connie worked tirelessly to make sure our house was marketed effectively. Our sale was quick and the closing painless. Connie helped us make a lot of money and making lots of money is always nice. But what I most appreciated about Connie was the respect she extended to all parties in the transaction. Believe it or not, Connie is best person who can help you buying a house from beginning to the end without any issue. I had great experience to be first homeowner with Connie. First, she will provide you a great list of house to match with your request. Also, you can give her the houses that you like, so she can make appointment for the house tour. Connie can take you for the tour the next day with your request even the same day and always on time. When you are ready to make offer, she even gives you her amazing experience advises with market price. Moreover, Connie always ready with for submitting your offer within couple hours. From this point, you don't need to do anything...Connie will take care all the way until the end except your signatures :). Another great thing about Connie that you should have her as agent because a lot of realtors in market like to work with her. My own experience that the seller agent told me; they accept my offer over other buyers because Connie...she knows what she's doing. After your offer got accepted, Connie will have detail plan in 30 days while you are waiting for your loan from the bank. Like I said earlier, your job at this point just sign documents through your email that she send over, and she will take care the rest. I glad to work with her for buying my first house with no issues and great price with today market. I am remodeling the my house now and love it so much. If I have opportunity to buy another house, I still want to work with her again.

Connie is truly the best agent I have worked with. I am a real estate investor. I have bought and sold numerous properties in over 20 years with different real estate agents. She knows the real estate market really well and is a great negotiator who has gotten me the best prices and terms. She is very easy to work with and always makes herself available to address my concerns and answer my questions. I consider myself a knowledgeable and demanding client who wants to understand all the fine print. She is patient and supportive and really takes the time to listen to my needs. During a recent transaction when I finally found a suitable property, she was able to help me negotiate the price down from $220,000 to $200,000 in a very competitive market and was able to get me $3,000 for repairs. The team of professionals that she recommended for the home inspection, termite inspection and roof inspection was just as good as her. They took their time to do their inspections and were really honest with me about the condition of the property. I was very fortunate to have worked with Connie and her team of real estate professionals. After we decided to sell our house we interviewed almost a dozen agents, from different agencies, that we found online or in ads. Connie was one that we found online. She seemed to be honest, friendly, and definitely knew her stuff. Other agents either told us what they would do or didn't seem to know what they would do. Overall, Connie is awesome. She is very punctual and does everything she can to help your transaction goes smoothly. That's basically what I want. I like her style of doing business. She has her closing schedule for all parties involved (seller agent, buyer agent, loan officer, title company staff) to follow, and she does follow up to make sure everyone is current. I thought that's very transparent as I don't know much about the process yet able to follow the process. She also very up to date with modern technology so I can review and sign needed documents right at my finger tip. I think this really speeds up the transaction. Connie helped me with the short sale of my family home. It was an emotional and difficult time for me. I left it all to Connie. It wasn't an easy transaction. I had two loans on the house. She communicated with BofA and Chase to get the short sale approved by both banks. She held an open house and was able to find the buyer through it. At the last minute the buyer backed out, because he couldn't get all the cash together. Connie was able to save the transaction by lining up another all cash buyer quickly.
