Starting with suggestions about how to highlight our homes best features, to the timing of when to actually place our home on the market, to discussion of an appropriate asking price in a shifting market, to describing our home in the listing in a way that reflected our affection for the property, to guidance in evaluating and responding to offers. Just call her, she's the best. If youre looking for an agent who actually fights for you and is completely honest throughout the process, call Costanza. We just finished a move that should have been incredibly stressful, selling one house and buying another at the exact same time, but Costanza made it feel seamless. She stayed on top of every detail, even when other parties in the transaction were 'MIA.' She treated our home sale like it was her own, protecting our equity and making sure we hit our deadlines. Costanza is an outstanding real estate agent. She sold my home in the Hollywood Hills even though shes not really based in Hollywood Hills. She was prepared with local data. She did an excellent job working with her team to always ensure that we were well taken care of for showings, etc. the process was easy, she definitely knows her stuff. She was very helpful in guiding me through the process. She was there for the picture taking and made sure that it was done well and did an excellent, high-grade, high-quality pamphlet that showcased daytime, and nighttime images of the home. My home was sold very quickly and without any undue drama. She negotiated on my behalf with my input and unfortunately, for her, even though we were both on vacation, we didn't miss a beat. Shes also very patient, meticulous and organized.

The first time I worked with Costanza was in 2015-2016 (if I remember correctly) when I began looking to purchase my first home. She did not want to do any work and was very hard to manage. It was frustrating (and sometimes petty) working with her. We got lucky as our second offer was a serious buyer. Costanza acted overwhelmed during our entire sales process and after closing she was verbally abusive. She spent ALL of her time covering her tracks so that nothing would ever be her fault (hence the nice reviews of her everywhere.) I do not recommend her!

From start to finish, she was a dedicated advocate who watched out for our entire family's best interests. She went above and beyond to make things easy for us, too, since we live more than 50 miles away from the property.
