Cristi did a great job taking care of all aspects of my sale and then my new purchase. My house literally sold in 2 hours, before it was even presented on the Multiple Listings. She held my hand through the whole process and was thorough with all details. She is experienced and understanding of the clients needs. I had not sold a house in 45 years and needed much support. She drove me many miles to another city to look for new housing and when I found something I liked, that met all my requirements, she acted quickly and negotiated my offer. Purchased a Waterfront Home in Huntington Harbour. I was introduced to Cristi by a mutual friend, she had sold 2 properties with them. She came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Cristi began by asking questions about my criteria for a home, talked me down from a couple that strayed from my criteria and then took me to see the perfect property that she had not yet put on the market. In fact, we viewed it on the day she was doing pictures and a movie for marketing. We made an offer below the list price, and she was able to negotiate a deal that worked well for both sides. Cristi is fabulous -- she is incredibly hard-working, persistent, smart, ethical and knowledgable, and has a great sense of humor, which is a real plus. I have worked with many realtors over the years and she is by far the best. She took over a listing for me that another realtor couldn't get sold, and sold it within a matter of weeks. She also handled an extremely complicated 1031 exchange for me, involving 3 properties and a simultaneous closing, and got it done right. At this point, I would not use anyone else. She will help guide you through any part of the buying or selling process you might be uncomfortable with... and she does it with extreme patience and ease. We had known Cristi for several years, and she had known the owners of our house from many years back, so it was only natural that wed choose her for our agent. She was fantastic! Always worked within our schedule, always kept us informed of issues, and didnt try to beat down our initial asking price (even though we ended up selling for a bit less than we wanted, but who doesnt?) I think we got the highest dollar per square foot, or close to it, in the history of Huntington Harbor home sales. It was great having an agent with a lot of experience and connections, which means when we needed some flexibility from the inspectors or the termite guys, Cristi was able to get them to see it our way. She even knocked a few bucks off her commission when the inevitable Request for Repairs negotiation got stupid. Selling a house, downsizing and moving is a big hassle. But Cristi made it as painless as it can possibly be. We moved into a cheaper rental and got a nice closing check. Cristi is our real estate agent for life!

I found Cristi by googling agents with particular qualifications and degrees in their profile; Cristi's was the only profile in Southern California who fit all of my criteria. As a first-time buyer, I was very nervous about getting ripped off, and knew nothing about the home buying process. Cristi was perfect. She really looked after my best interest and took a protective role for me throughout this process. Her concern was genuine and felt no different than a parent's. This gave me so much more comfort and confidence that I was going to get the best house I could within budget. There where a few houses I really liked and was excited to bid for - she sharply criticized them or their location and told me why she thought they weren't worth it. Finally, the house I ended up buying turned out to be better than all the others; not just in overall value and condition, but in functionality, location and size. Cristi was completely honest with me every step of the way and never attempted to mislead me about anything. She told me when she didn't like something, and then she told me why. I was so lucky that she actually lived in the same area I was looking. She knew all these little details that seemed to prove she lived in the area. She explained foundation concerns, flooding concerns, traffic, etc. She was never pushy and always respected my space as a patient, ignorant buyer. Her years of experience were obvious every step of the way - especially when it came to filling out all the paperwork. She explained everything and really made the process as simple as possible. I filled out 98% of my paperwork on my phone while at work. She made it so simple! She always responded to my calls, emails, or texts, and had a most positive energetic attitude every time. After my partners and I first listed with another agent for over 360 days, this was completely amazing. I knew Cristi was an excellent agent because as a long-time friend, I have watched her set many price records including the sale of my parents home which entered escrow in less than a week with 16 offers, closing well over list price. Before our home officially reached the market, Cristi and her team hit the ground running with marketing, photography, a film shoot, prelisting promotion on social media and a print ad campaign. Cristi represented my wife and I on the purchase of a house in Huntington Harbour "on water" in 2010. When we first went into escrow on a contingency basis, another buyer came into the picture and we were forced to bow out since our previous house had not sold yet. We were disappointed and almost made the mistake of buying a house "off water" through an open house with another agent when Cristi called and told us that the house we had initially wanted had fallen out of escrow and was back on the market. She knew that our hearts were really set on being "on water."
