Crystal was the perfect real estate agent when I was dealing with the tragic death of my brother. He was a hoarder and the house was a mess, to say the least. She walked me through all that was necessary. Endlessly patient, friendly, and I would even say quite caring. I had many questions, being new to selling a house outside my area. Once Crystal put the house on the market, it sold, all cash offer, within 4 days. I can't recommend Crystal high enough. First off, all I can say is WOW! I actually sold 2 houses with Crystal and if you are looking for a good agent, look no farther. Crystal is an up and coming fantastic agent. She was able to sell the first house in less then 2 weeks. She sold the second house in about 3 days. Neither house needed a sign in the yard because she does her job and she does it well. I am just a regular home owner, not an investor and because of Crystals hard work, I was able to move out of state a lot sooner then expected. Dont let her age fool you. I have dealt with agents that have been in the business a long time and they feel their way is the only way. Crystal will listen you as well as give the best advise so you can sell your house YOUR way. I cant write enough good things about her because it would take an entire book.
