Cyndi is exceptional and we highly recommend her. We met her three years ago when we were just browsing the market around Ventura. When it was finally time for us to purchase our first home, she was right there and ready to help. We saw about a dozen homes with Cyndi over about 5 to 6 weeks at different times and different days of the week, even weekends, because of our off beat work schedules. We have never worked with an agent who is as flexible and accomodating as Cyndi. Her resourcefulness and fund of knowledge was always appreciated. She gave us honest assessments of each house and neighborhood, giving us the full picture of considerations when deciding. She had us feel like we are her only customers even though we know she's very busy. We felt like she always had our best interests in mind and won our trust pretty quickly, especially when she became best friends with our toddler who came to know her by Aunty Cydi. She also guided us on how to win the bid on our dream house, she knew how much we wanted this one in particular! The escrow and negotiation process was tedious, but Cyndi helped us understand our options and choose what was best for us every step of the way. Truly an amazing human and agent! You won't go wrong working with her.

It was delightful working with Cyndi, very professional and kind and helpful. She is always on top of things, taking care of things, being helpful in every way possible, and making the process as easy as possible for us. After looking at a couple of houses in Ventura we were not satisfied with, Cyndi quickly pointed us to next town over, Camarillo, which is a much more suitable town for us to live in. The negotiation game was absolutely on point: we ended up paying A LOT less than the listed price. With incredible local connections growing up in the Camarillo/Ventura area, Cyndi was able to figure out all of the issues evolved around the house such as solar system, home repairs, gardening system, and others. We were able to estimate and set up most of the home utility costs quickly. Also Cyndi has really great connections to mortgage brokers that are so easy to work with and gave amazing rates.

I really enjoyed working with Cyndi. She is extremely detail and process driven. Her follow up is outstanding. She created a project plan with dates for different tasks. She managed this project plan and would contact the sellers agent to ensure their tasks were completed. I never had to worry about Cyndi and her being on top of all the issues. She met us on several occasions at the new house to help us plan moving in. I have worked with other agents and I had to call them multiple times to get a return call. I never had to do that with Cyndi.

Cyndi is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with in every step of selling our home of 25 years. She kept us apprised on every detail and answered questions as they came up. She texted or returned calls right away. Most importantly, Cyndi was honest and forthright and this helped keep our selling expectations in check. We met Cyndi years ago, she showed us one house. We werent ready to buy at the time but we knew that when we were, that we would be back in touch w Cyndi. Three years later we started touching base again, Cyndi was always responsive, patient and willing to educate us, as everything was news and unfamiliar territory to us first time home buyers. She put some fire under us when we needed it, things move fast and we were slow, but Everything was our choice everything was an option never forced. We made a few requests (nothing outlandish) that may not have been 100% what she would have like to include as a part of the negotiations but she was willing and made them on our behalf. I know that Cyndi respects both sides of the deal and if we would have made an extraordinary request that was off the mark she would not put it through. Shes a local with incredible presentation and and we were proud to have her as our representative. I celebrated the closing on our first home but I miss Cyndi. For us she was comforting and just ended up seeming like a friend. She would carry our 17 month old son around so we could focus on looking at the homes, he was always happy to see her. We all still want Cyndi in our lives!

Cyndi Hobson is AMAZING. We have bought and sold many homes, and we have never met an agent this capable. We recently bought a house in Ventura and sold one in Thousand Oaks at the same time. It would have been a complete nightmare if it werent for Cyndi. She was on top of every single detail on both homes every single day and night. You wont find a better agent in all of California! Cyndi Hobson definitely goes above and beyond. Ive bought and sold numerous houses and she was by far the best and most professional realtor I have ever encountered. This is a tough time to buy, but Cyndi is extremely knowledgeable about the Ventura housing market and knows how to close a deal. She anticipated my needs and was always patient and pleasant to be with. Phone calls and messages were answered promptly and she happily showed me the same house about six times. There were also countless little details she took care of without being asked, even after closing.I know you wont regret hiring Cyndi. I wasnt asked to write this review, but wanted the world to know how great she is. I am so relieved that I was referred to her. It made my life so much easier and I love my new home.

Look no further Cyndi is the best! From the beginning of the process to the end- she was knowledgeable, kind & very patient with us. As first time home buyers, who are not from the area, we had MANY questions. And she was able to answer all of them with a smile.- From the start, Cyndi referred us to a local lender for pre-qual. It happened to be the lender we already bank with, so it was a perfect match. They work really well together, which made the process that much easier for us.- Next, she is very knowledgeable about the area (she is local) and could help us narrow down communities based on our needs.- Cyndi is on point with scheduling viewings and was very flexible with us (as we both have full time jobs). Also during Covid, extra disclosures were needed to view houses, and she was on it.- Once we found our dream home, she had excellent rapport with the other agent and was able to close the deal quickly. - From when we started viewing homes with her to when we got the keys to our home, it was only about 2 months! If you are serious and want a house- Cyndi is your agent!

Cyndi is extremely knowledgeable regarding the local market. I've got to admit that purchasing our first home was time-consuming because of our pickiness, but Cyndi worked with us very patiently and she was always there to keep us looking. She wanted us to search out the right house for our family and we really felt that she had our interests in mind. She is a superb communicator and a really strong negotiator. During the escrow process, she took her time to very carefully review our documents and really helped us. She was very efficient with using the internet based Docusighn tool so that we didn't need to make multiple trips to offices during the escrow process. I was very impressed with her information and willingness to assist me and her quick response. Though she found out that night that the property I was interested in had accepted an offer that same day and was no longer available, I was grateful for her hard work and learning of this so quickly. We were connected to Cyndi randomly through the Zillow app. We are first time home buyers and had no connections to any realtors in the area so we took a chance and just went with it. When we met in person to view a few homes together, my husband and I liked her instantly. She was so down to earth, easy to talk to, honest, and very knowledgeable. After working with her a bit more we felt extremely lucky that we had been randomly put with her. We found that other agents we encountered (at open houses for example) felt pushy, and just had a very aEURoesalesmanaEUR? type attitude. Cyndi was the opposite of that. She truly always had our best interests and needs in mind, she was on our side, and it never felt like she was just trying to make a sale or get us to closing. As first time buyers we had so many questions, and she was always willing to answer all of them, even over the phone at 8:00 at night, and explained things in such an understandable way we never felt confused, which was especially valuable once we got into escrow and theres loads of things to read through and sign. Ive heard buying a home can be one of the most stressful things to go through, especially if youre on a budget, but thanks to Cyndi we actually cant really relate to that sentiment. It actually felt like a breeze. Shes just a wonderful person and agent, we feel so unbelievably grateful for all her help and hard work, and we are happy to have found our realtor for life. From meeting up to show ten properties on almost no notice to navigating the home buying process in California, she was unflappable and professional at any hour of the day.
