From the day we listed the property through the final closing, Dan was professional, responsive, patient, and always available when I had a question or concern. What I appreciated most was that Dan never pressured me during negotiations. We had several offers and counteroffers along the way, and he respected my decisions while giving me the information and advice I needed. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. If you are looking for the best Real Estate Team working today, we recommend Keller Williams Easterby located in Big Bear, CA. Their team is uber efficient. The staff and agents are knowledgeable when it comes to listing and selling your property. We recently worked with the Easterby Team to sell our home. The Agent, Genelle Rich- Easterby and her team assisted us with determining the correct list price, the staging for optimum viewing, and after only a few house showings a buyer came forward with a full price offer. During the Escrow process we were in constant communication and were kept fully informed of the progress of the sale, which actually turned out to be a very difficult task due to an inept loan company for the buyers. However, the dogged efforts by the Easterby Team were absolutely unbeatable and the sale was completed. To top off their efforts, Mrs. Rich-Easterby assisted us with our relocation by finding a great agent to work with us in another state. We simply cannot offer any higher praise than to say, they are the best in the business! We enjoyed our time working with the Easterbys and recommend, if you are looking for a team that will work for you, give them a call.

Our realtor Genelle Rich-Easterby was introduced to us via a mutual friend. You ever meet that one person who seems unstoppable, would do anything to get the job done, and was genuinely a nice person? Genelle fits that description perfectly. Genelle tromped through 3-foot snowbanks to provide access to Big Bear cabins that we thought we wanted to view. All the time we looked at our cabin list, she was asking questions and clarifying our needs. We even looked at one cabin on three separate occasions on the same day trying to figure out how we could make it work. She could tell that we were getting frustrated and offered a suggestion to just aEURoepeekaEUR? at a cabin that she believed was something that might interest us. Guess what? We walked through the front door and were greeted by Bear carvings, a huge fireplace, the perfect number of rooms for all our kids and grandkids, and a great fenced yard for our fur babies that basically told us we had arrived at the new aEURoeCroupeDaVille CabinaEUR?. Genelles expertise and understanding of the various neighborhoods in Big Bear and the surrounding communities was unsurpassed. From start to finish Linda was nothing but extremely helpful, communicative, and reassuring. She hounded the escrow company and people who were not willing to answer us or give us info we needed. We closed on time vastly in thanks to her efforts. She was also able to give us all the contacts we needed locally for services, tips, things to do, etc. She was NEVER pushy - only helped us when we needed and knew our comfort levels with the process.We had issues with EVERY other aspect on the home buy, from the mortgage company to escrow to the city, but she was a GEM the whole time. Where do I even start! This incredible woman completely singlehandedly made my dreams of becoming a homeowner come true! She is a woman of integrity and pure heart. She literally held my hand the entire process, from the time we started touring properties to the last moment when I signed papers and got the keys! She went out of her way day and night to keep me informed of every step. She comforted us every time there were set backs in the process, she fed my kids pizza when we had to come out to the property for inspection, she stayed on the phone with me countless number of times to explain every process in detail, she literally was at my side 24/7 from beginning to end.
