Stefan Brunnschweiler at Winkler Real Estate Group helped us to purchase our first condo in 2002, then helped us sell it in 2023. He also represented us when we bought a single-family home in El Cerrito in 2022. Stefan is personable, professional, responsive and knowledgeable about the East Bay real estate market. We had a difficult time with the sellers when we bought our home last year, and Stefan patiently guided us through the negotiations and interactions with the lender and escrow companies. He prepared our condo for sale last fall and held numerous open houses and private showings. We ended up taking it off the market for 6 months until interest rates stabilized and the market started turning around. Stefan suggested we put it on the market when inventory was low this spring and he found a buyer in no time! We would recommend Stefan and the Winkler Real Estate Group for any property listing or purchases, especially in the East Bay.

My husband and I worked with Daniel Winkler to purchase our first home. My friend who also worked with Daniel in Albany introduced him. On our first visit to an open house, I asked him what factors I should consider for buying a home. He said that if I can picture my family?s everyday life in that house, then that could be your home regardless other conditions. And he was right! Our experience with Daniel Winkler was outstanding. Twenty days after signing the agreement for him to sell our home in Albany, we received an excellent offer from sellers represented by one of Daniels associates. Very impressive considering our home had not been publically listed yet and the offer was top dollar! We accepted the offer and closed without a hitch after less than two months from signing the listing agreement. But the story doesnt end there - Daniel helped us buy our dream home in Orinda just as quickly! Like Albany, Orinda is a very competitive market for buyers, and we were worried that finding our dream home would be a nightmare. With Daniels negotiation skills and attention to detail, we were able to purchase our beautiful, turn-key home for below asking price.
