I gave Danny five stars on his knowledge, expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills because he is, in one word, Brilliant!I was bombarded with calls from R.E. Agents on a daily basis about selling my property; and I continued to say No until Danny called. He was the only agent that I finally talked to because he was so respectful.I asked him lots of questions and he answered honestly. Wow! After reading all the five star reviews I dont think I can write anything else other than - ditto- Danny is really that good.My wife and I met Danny after having had the worst seller/agent relationship with another agent from another brokerage firm. Danny is not simply an agent, he is an asset that no seller or buyer can do without. From the moment I spoke to him and met him I knew he was someone who would go way beyond the call of duty. I was very impressed and comfortable with him even before we got started. Danny and his office staff provided real time information every step of the way, something other agents have no idea what that is. Danny Navarro and his team were very helpful from the very beginning. At the time I was overseas forward deployed in Afghanistan and Danny did everything in his power to help sale my home. I had horrible situation with my tenants that refused to move. Even though I was now station in North Carolina Danny and his team continued to help me through out this very difficult process. His help was the key reason my home was eventually sold. His recommendations and dedicated service to me was beyond what his duties as an agent. Danny and his team worked with my mother since I was not in the state and were very respectful and helpful to her and our situation. If it wasnt for Danny and his team I dont know what I would have done. Danny thank you very much.
